Learn more about each method below:
Direct To Film Transfers
What are DTF Transfers?
——————————————————————————————————
DTF transfers are a type of heat transfer that can be used to create custom designs on various fabrics or materials. DTF stands for direct to film, which means that the image is printed directly on a thin film with aqueous ink. The film is then coated with a layer of adhesive and heat-sealed onto the garment. The benefits of DTF transfers include precise detailing, vibrant colors, including metallic and glitter effects, and a comfortable, soft feel.
Embroidery
What is Embroidery?
——————————————————————————————————
Embroidered garments feature designs stitched directly onto fabric using threads. This process involves creating intricate patterns by sewing threads onto the material. Benefits of embroidered garments include durability, as the stitching tends to withstand regular wear and washing. They also offer a classic and textured aesthetic that can elevate the appearance of clothing. However, it may not be suitable for very intricate or detailed designs compared to other printing methods. Despite this drawbacks, embroidered garments remain popular for their timeless appeal and long-lasting quality.
Heat Transfer Vinyl
What are HTV Transfers?
——————————————————————————————————
Heat transfer vinyl (HTV) transfers are a method of applying vinyl designs onto clothing through heat and pressure. This involves cutting designs from vinyl sheets and then using heat to adhere them onto fabric. HTV transfers offer several benefits for clothing customization. They allow for a wide range of design possibilities, including intricate patterns and vibrant colors. HTV transfers are relatively quick and easy to apply, making them ideal for small-scale production or personalized garments. The down side of HTV transfers is they can generally only be used for single colour designs, as it is being cut from one sheet of vinyl.

Supasub Patches
——————————————————————————————————

Embroidered Patches
——————————————————————————————————
Embroidered patches involve a high density decorative stitching on fabric created with computerised multi-head machines. The benefits of embroidered patches include: quick turnaround time, lasting durability, timeless appearance and up to 15 colours.
Supaetch Patches
——————————————————————————————————
Supaetch is a laser-etched suede patch sewn directly onto a wide range of products such as bags, blankets, caps, beanies, and scarves. Benefits of Supaetch patches include: subtle branding, versatility (suitable for a variety of garments), custom thread colour and a choice from 11 suede colours. Please note these are a 2-tone patch and cannot have multiple colours.

——————————————————————————————————
Supaflex involves printing highly detailed logos onto vinyl with either a matte or gloss finish and attached with embroidery for a quality, unique result. Benefits of Supaflex patches includes: your choice of a matte or glossy finish, customizable shape, 8 different background colours and embroidered edges.
Screen Printing
What is Screen Printing?
——————————————————————————————————
Screen printing is a technique used to apply designs onto clothing by using a mesh screen stencil. Ink is pressed through the stencil onto the fabric, creating the desired design. Screen printing offers several benefits for clothing customization. It allows for high-quality, vibrant designs with precise detailing. Screen printing is particularly well-suited for large batches of garments, as it offers cost-effective production at scale. Additionally, screen-printed designs are durable and long-lasting, able to withstand repeated washes without fading or cracking. However, there are drawbacks to consider. Screen printing can be time-consuming and labor-intensive, especially for complex designs with multiple colors. Set-up costs can also be relatively high, making it less practical for small-scale or one-off projects.
Sublimation
What is Sublimation?
——————————————————————————————————
Sublimation printing is a method used to transfer designs onto clothing by using heat to transfer dye onto fabric. This process involves printing designs onto special sublimation paper using dye-sublimation ink, and then applying heat and pressure to transfer the ink onto polyester-based fabrics. Sublimation printing offers several benefits for clothing customization. It allows for full-color, high-resolution designs with vibrant and long-lasting results. Unlike some other printing methods, sublimation printing does not leave a noticeable texture on the fabric, resulting in a smooth finish. Additionally, sublimation prints are highly durable and resistant to fading, even after multiple washes. However, sublimation printing is limited to polyester-based fabrics, meaning it may not be suitable for all types of clothing. While sublimation is an excellent high-quality option for your business, it requires specialized equipment and inks, making it less accessible for smaller-scale production or one-off projects.
Ultra Colour Transfers
What are Ultra Colour Transfers?
——————————————————————————————————
UltraColour transfers are a versatile method for applying designs onto clothing using advanced digital printing technology. These transfers are created by digitally printing designs onto a special release paper using UltraColour ink, which is then heat-sealed onto fabric. UltraColour transfers offer several benefits for clothing customization. They allow for full-color, high-resolution designs with exceptional clarity and detail. The colors are vibrant and fade-resistant, ensuring long-lasting results even after repeated washes. Additionally, UltraColour transfers offer a soft and smooth finish on the fabric, providing a comfortable wearing experience. There are several types of UltraColour transfers available, including:
